  • Cash or bank transferSettle with the driver on the day, or by transfer beforehand. Your choice, either way.
  • Nothing upfrontNo deposit, and nothing due until a driver is confirmed.

This fare is fixed the moment you book it. Salik tolls are already inside the number and listed above. There is no meter in the car, no night surcharge and no traffic charge — the price is set by the distance and the tolls on your route, so it cannot move on the day, however long the road takes.

Your route

OpenStreetMap · real road route

Loading the map. Your fare is already worked out.

Typing an address looks it up with OpenStreetMap's public search, and the route is measured on OpenStreetMap road data — so the address and its coordinates are sent to those services to be measured. Nothing else about you is sent anywhere, and your booking stays on your own device until you send it to us.

Timing

What time should the car come?

The one question left once the price is settled. These work from the driving time for your exact route and allow for the traffic — an allowance that moves the clock and never, at any point, the fare.

What we run

Airport transfers, and nothing else.

One route, done properly: between where you are staying and the terminal, in both directions, at a price agreed before the car moves.

Arrivals

Your driver tracks the flight, so a delay just moves the pickup. Met inside arrivals with a name board, bags carried, and a full hour of waiting included from the moment you land.

60 minutes free waiting

Departures

Picked up from your hotel, apartment or villa with time built in for the road. We watch the traffic on the day and set off earlier if the motorway says we should — at our cost, not yours.

We leave earlier at our cost

Both ways

Book the return at the same time and the way home is settled: a car held for your flight, and a price you already know. Each leg is measured its own way round, so a return is simply the two journeys added together — no discount dressed up, and nothing left to agree later.

The fleet

Four cars. One fixed price.

Every car carries its own base fare and its own rate per kilometre — and nothing else about the pricing changes. The first ten kilometres are inside the base fare in all four. Salik is charged at a flat AED 4.00 a crossing in all four. None of them has a meter, a night rate or a traffic charge.

The photographs show the models we run, taken by their makers and by motoring photographers — not our own cars.

Salik is added at AED 4.00 per charged crossing in every car, and listed gate by gate on your quote. Extra stops are AED 25 each. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after you land and for 15 minutes at a hotel pickup; past that it is AED 20 a quarter hour. These are the rates the calculator charges. There are no others.

Fixed on booking Whichever car you choose, the fare is agreed before you travel and does not move afterwards — not for traffic, not for the hour, not for the day.

Cases stay in the boot, not on knees.

Sliding doors

Child seats

Which car

All four, priced on your route.

Not a rate card — the actual fare for the journey in the calculator above, in every car we run. Change the route or the airport and all four move together. Tap one to take it.

Every figure includes Salik and is fixed on booking. The route sets the distance; the car sets the rates. Change one and all four move together.

The arithmetic, live

Drag the distance. Watch the fare.

The whole formula in one control. The first ten kilometres are inside the base fare, so the line is flat until then — after that every kilometre adds the same amount, for ever. There is no step, no band, and nothing that kicks in at rush hour.

The same trip, elsewhere

Same car. Same road. Published prices.

Comparing a transfer honestly means holding everything still: one route, one vehicle, one direction. This is DXB Terminal 3 to Downtown Dubai in a Mercedes V-Class, against what three other operators publish for that car, or its nearest listed equivalent, on their own websites.

Competitor figures were read from each operator's own public price list on 29 August 2026 and are their "from" prices, which they may change at any time. One publishes in euros; €58.67 is converted at €1 = AED 4.26. Their prices are shown as published — we have not adjusted them for tolls, waiting or meet-and-greet, which each operator handles differently. Ours is the live figure this page calculates, includes Salik, and is fixed on booking. We have not named the operators; the pages we read are on file and available on request.

What that price already includes Salik, the meet-and-greet, the name board, the free waiting window and a driver who is already watching your flight. One figure, agreed before the car moves, with every line of it shown to you first.

The formula, in plain words

Why your number is the number.

1

Distance

The real driving route between your address and the terminal forecourt, measured along actual roads — not a straight line, and not to the middle of the airfield. Every route we quote has been measured in advance, so the number is right before you ask for it. Where we have had to estimate a typed address, the quote says so.

2

The first 10 km are in the base

The base fare covers the whole journey up to ten kilometres — a short hop from Deira costs exactly that and nothing more, whichever car you pick. Past ten kilometres each additional kilometre is charged at that car's rate, and only the kilometres past the tenth are counted.

3

Salik, gate by gate

A flat AED 4.00 for each crossing your route actually makes, and the calculator names the gates — Al Garhoud, the two Al Safa gates, Al Barsha, whichever they turn out to be. RTA varies its own toll by the hour; ours stays flat at AED 4.00, so at peak the difference is ours to absorb. Where RTA bills two gates as one crossing, so do we: cross both Al Safa gates, or both Al Mamzar gates, and you are charged once. A route that misses the gates is charged for none.

4

Time changes nothing

There is no traffic multiplier, no peak rate, no night surcharge and no meter running in the car. The price is worked out from the distance and the tolls on your route, and nothing else.

The library

Every route, already measured.

We measured all of them before you asked: a hundred and twenty-six journeys along real roads, each one measured both ways round, with the toll gates it crosses. This is the table the calculator prices from, opened up — search it, sort it, press a row to load it.

Questions

The things people ask before booking.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes, and it is the whole point. There is no meter in the car, no surge, no night rate and no traffic charge. The figure the calculator gives you is agreed when you book and is what you pay, whether the road is empty at 3am or solid on a Friday evening. Salik is already inside it. Traffic on the day is ours to manage. The only things that move a fare are things you change — a different destination, an extra stop, or waiting beyond the free window — and each of those has a published rate you can see before you agree to it.

How is the fare worked out?

One formula for every car, and you can check it yourself: the base fare, which already covers the first 10 km; that car's rate for every kilometre past the tenth; AED 4.00 for each Salik crossing on the route. Downtown to DXB Terminal 3 measures 14.8 km on the road and crosses Al Garhoud Bridge, so in the Staria it is 75 + (4.8 × 3.90) + 4 = AED 98; in the S-Class the same trip is 180 + (4.8 × 9.00) + 4 = AED 227. Only the three rates change.

Why are you cheaper than the chauffeur companies?

Because there is less between you and the car. We run our own vehicles and take the booking directly, so nothing is skimmed by a booking platform, an agency desk or a hotel concierge — on an international transfer site that layer alone is routinely a third of what you pay. We also do exactly one thing, so there is no fleet of idle limousines to carry, and we quote one fixed price instead of building a cushion into it for traffic we cannot predict. On the comparison above, a Mercedes V-Class from DXB Terminal 3 to Downtown is AED 113 with us against AED 250 and AED 280 published by two other operators for the same car — under half in both cases. The saving is structural rather than a promotion, which is why it is on the page every day of the year.

Does the terminal matter?

At DXB, yes, and more than people expect. Terminal 2 sits on the far side of the runway from Terminals 1 and 3, so from Sharjah or Ajman it is a genuinely shorter drive — Umm Al Quwain to Terminal 2 is about nine kilometres less than to Terminal 3 — while from Downtown or the Marina the three are within a kilometre or so of each other. Pick the terminal on your booking and the fare is measured to that exact forecourt. The other three airports have one passenger terminal each, so there is nothing to choose.

Is a return cheaper than two one-way trips?

No. A return is the two journeys added together, each measured in its own direction — and the way back is rarely the identical drive, so the two halves are rarely the identical price. What booking a return buys you is a held car and a settled price for the way home, instead of arranging one at 4am.

How many people and bags fit?

The Staria and the V-Class seat seven with luggage for seven; the Yukon XL seats seven with a longer boot again; the S-Class is a saloon for three travelling light. The calculator shows the seat count for whichever car you have selected. If you are a larger group we will send a second vehicle and tell you the price for both before you commit.

What happens if my flight is late?

Your driver tracks the flight number, so a delay simply moves the pickup. Airport waiting is free for the first hour after you land, which is about what a normal clearance at DXB takes — a queue on the night does not become a charge.

Are Salik tolls and parking extra?

No. Salik is inside the fare at AED 4.00 per charged crossing, and the calculator lists exactly which gates your route passes so you can see where the figure came from. Two pairs of gates are billed as one crossing each — cross both Al Safa gates, or both Al Mamzar gates, going the same way inside an hour and RTA charges once, so we charge once too and the breakdown marks the second free. There is nothing to settle at the end of the journey.

How do I pay?

Cash to the driver on the day, or a bank transfer before you travel — whichever suits you. Prefer not to carry cash? Ask for our bank details when you book and it is done before you fly. There is no deposit either way, and nothing is due until the driver is confirmed.

Do you cover airports outside Dubai?

Our map is Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and the east coast, with an airport at one end of every journey — DXB, DWC, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. Airport transfers are the entire business, and that focus is exactly why the price is fixed, the terminal is right and the driver is already tracking your flight. Abu Dhabi sits outside the map we drive.
